Constraints

To add some base pair please see "Ribosketch shortcuts" button upright for help. Then you need to click on "Save base pair" button to save the constraint. To add some motif constraint (helix, loop or pseudoknot) you need to select an appropriate number of nucleotides and then click on the "Select motif" button. Number of nucleotide to select for helix: 4, hairpin loop: 2, internal loop: 4, pseudoknot: 8, multi-junction loop: even number (see "Help" button upright). You will have to enter a confidence index for each constraint added.
