We can use two different formats

Positions Paired format:

example:

Positions paired with the name, the sequence and the structure of the RNA.
Positions Paired format with sequence

OR

Positions paired with only the RNA structure.
Positions Paired format without sequence

Bracket Format:

example:

Bracket format with the name, the sequence and the structure or the RNA.
