Structure Comparison is a tool which compares two structures, a reference structure (generally the known structure) and a predicted structure. Here we can calculate different factors for evaluating the Sensibility, the Selectivity (PPV) and the Matthews Correlation Coefficient if needed, click here for more information.

For using this tool you must past a supported format, and if you want calcule the Matthews Correlation Coefficient (MCC), enter the length of the two sequences.

Be careful: the two sequecences must have the same length otherwise the factors will be wrong!
