RNA-TorsionBERT: leveraging language models for RNA 3D torsion angles prediction

RNA-TorsionBERT is a BERT-based language model that predicts RNA torsional and pseudo-torsional angles from the sequence.
TB-MCQ (for TorsionBERT mCQ) is a scoring function for RNA 3D structure based on RNA-TorsionBERT that reproduces the MCQ.
