RNAdvisor 2

RNAdvisor2 is a webserver that allows users to perform quality assessments of uploaded RNA models in PDB format, without the burden of installing all the different requirements for each metric or scoring function.

Users can choose from eleven structural quality assessment metrics and five scoring functions. To help users choose which method is the best, results are displayed in a way to easily assess the different predictors, based on the sum of the different normalized metrics.

We hope it will be welcomed by the community of biologists and bioinformaticians working on RNA 3D structures.
