MicroRNA precursor classifier using boosting SVM for plants
miRBoost+Plant can predict if sequences are pre-miRNA.
It will calculated characteristics on the secondary structure of the sequence and on its stability.
It uses the algorithm of miRBoost to classify sequences based on these characteristics. The characteristics calculated here have been checked for plants.
