RNA secondary structure comparison
Structure Comparison is a tool which compares two structures, a reference structure (generally the known structure) and a predicted structure. Here we can calculate different factors for evaluating the Sensibility, the Selectivity (PPV) and the Matthews Correlation Coefficient.
For using this tool you must past a supported format.
If you want calcule the Matthews Correlation Coefficient (MCC), enter the length of the two sequences.
Be careful: the two sequences must have the same length otherwise the factors will be wrong!
